  • Only 3 clients in 1200 sq ft.

  • Daily electrostatic disinfecting of all equipment

Jim Sharkey

“Exercise is just play time for adults,” says Jim, who’s been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for 19 years. He also holds speciality certifications in Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise through the NASM, and even studied Sports Performance and Athlete Evaluation at the IMG Academy.

Jim’s worked with clients of all ages and abilities, providing training for various local schools and clubs. His personal training philosophy is to focus on balance, strength, and movement, eventually integrating all three elements into one exercise. 

Bruce Williams

Bruce Williams’ passion for fitness runs in his blood.

He was exposed to the industry by his grandparents, who ran a chain of health food stores in the Main Line area for 40 years. Growing up, Bruce and his siblings played almost every sport under the sun, and eventually he went on to play baseball at Alvernia University.

A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he’s worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and loves to help people live their best lives by achieving their own personal health goals. 

Kenya Nettingham

Kenya Nettingham is one of the most well-rounded personal trainers in the biz!

A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Kenya has more than two decades’ worth of experience inspiring clients of all ages and abilities to discover their inner strength. He previously worked at New York Sports Club and Philadelphia Sports Club, and holds certifications in Russian Kettlebell, TRX, and pre- and post-natal fitness.

Kenya is passionate about helping clients discover the mobility, flexibility and energy that they didn’t know they possessed, and can work with you to structure a fitness plan that meets your individual needs and goals. 

Ken Keehn

Who’s faster than lighting, fitter than a fiddle, and always wearing a smile? It’s Ken Keehn! A former Ivy League athlete with over 10 years of personal training experience, Ken is a dedicated trainer who instills in his clients the same discipline he honed during his time running cross country and track at the University of Pennsylvania. 

An ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, he has extensive experience helping clients of all ages improve their speed, strength, balance, and flexibility. When he’s not in the gym working one-on-one with clients, Ken can be found at Springfield High School coaching the next generation of cross country and track superstars.
